Meal Planning 

Would you like help with your weekly meal planning? Not knowing what to cook for the week's meals can be a barrier to sustaining a healthy lifestyle. 

After an initial meal planning assessment to discuss your food philosophy, food sensitivities and allergies, and lifestyle requirements, I will create a nutritious weekly recipe plan with breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks. You'll also receive a grocery list with everything you'll need for the week and a meal prep schedule template to assist you in organizing and planning your meals. I can provide one-week, two-week, and four-week meal plans (each sent weekly).
